Absolutely loved their vegan sushi! Everything vegan was clearly marked in the menu.We had the miso cucumber starter, followed by the mixed sushi plate and mixed inari plate. It was all amazing sushi, but the inari especially was incredible! I'd say it's a must eat for anyone passing by Hakone. We returned the day after to eat there once more before leaving.There were even two parking spaces outside the restaurant, which we weren't expecting.
